At Kamblina, we want to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience when renting from us. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to help you with returns and refunds, should the need arise.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will accept returns if the product is in its original condition and packaging. Note that items should not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
Please call or e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to start the return process. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and you are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service so that it can be traced to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
We provide bank transfers for all refund issues and do not provide other alternatives. After the receipt of the returned product, when we check that the returned item is in original, unused condition, we will provide a refund within 7 working days. Refund amount is just the rental amount excluding any shipping or handling charges.
Please note that if the item has worn or damage, or if it's not returned within the stated time frame, we cannot guarantee a refund.
COD is the payment method used for all orders. Upon receiving the order, ensure that you have the exact cash amount ready. We do not accept any other form of payment.
